Adults aged 30 and over who live in India. You sign in with Google or Apple, give accurate details including your date of birth and gender, and keep one account per person.

It is calculated automatically from both profiles and the preferences you each set in Discover Filters. It never shows your orientation. You are not told when someone checks a score with you; you see it only if they share it in chat. It is for fun, not advice or a prediction.

No. Discover is ranked automatically by location, age range, stated preferences and activity. We do not promise any number of matches, or that a match will be suitable. A match does not oblige either person to reply.

Duet is free to join, and there are no subscriptions or auto-renewals. Women, trans women and trans men can use every feature free. Men use Credits for paid features, and the cost is always shown before you spend. Once you match, chatting is free.

Sending a Spark, voice note or photo before you match, sending gifts, seeing who liked or viewed you, Instant Match, premium discovery filters (unlocked for 30 days) and checking or refreshing a Chemistry Score. If there is not enough profile information to calculate a score, you are not charged.

Credits do not expire while your account is active. They are forfeited if you delete your account or are permanently banned. Purchases go through Google Play or the App Store, so refunds follow their policies. No. Your sexual orientation is used only to decide who you are shown to. Members also never see your exact date of birth, email address, location coordinates, verification selfie, Credit balance or purchases.

Your display name, age, sun sign, gender, city or state, whether you are verified, your photos (or a blurred version), your bio, prompt answer, spark tags and intention, and any optional details you choose to add. Leave an optional field blank if you would rather not show it.

Only when you tap “use my location”: the app reads your position once to find your city and state. We never track you in the background. Members see only your city or state, never your coordinates or distance. Location data is also removed from every photo you upload.

Messages, photos and voice notes are encrypted in transit and stored so that only the two people in a conversation can open them in the app. They are not end-to-end encrypted. Our team accesses them only to investigate a report, a safety issue or a lawful request. View-once and timed photos are deleted from our servers after viewing, though we cannot stop a screenshot.

Your profile, photos, messages and account data are stored in India. We do not sell your data, use it for third-party advertising, or collect your device’s advertising ID.

Take a selfie holding a handwritten code. Our team checks it by hand against your profile photos; no facial recognition is used. The Verified badge means the selfie matched at that time. It does not confirm identity documents, age, marital status or intentions.

Tap the flag on their profile card, or go to Settings → Safety Centre → Report a Problem. Profiles reported by several members are suspended automatically, with longer suspensions and then a ban for repeat cases. You can appeal any decision to our Grievance Officer.

Duet is not an emergency service. If you are in danger, call 112, or 181 for the women’s helpline. When meeting, choose a public place, tell a friend, arrange your own transport, and never send money or share OTPs or bank details.

Gender is chosen at sign-up and cannot be changed in the app. To correct it, email contact@qwikhive.com; we may ask for reasonable supporting information.

Settings → Legal & Data → Delete Account. It is immediate and cannot be undone. Your profile, photos, verification selfie, matches, conversations, Credit balance and history are erased; conversations also disappear for the other person.
