In the app, you can report a profile with the flag icon on its profile card, or report any other issue through Settings → Safety Centre → Report a Problem.

- We will acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 (fifteen) days of receipt. Complaints asking us to remove prohibited content are acted on within 72 hours.
- Complaints about content that exposes a person's private area, shows them in full or partial nudity or in a sexual act, or is an impersonation or artificially morphed image of them, are acted on within 24 hours of receipt.
- If you are not satisfied with the Grievance Officer's decision, you may appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee constituted by the Government of India within 30 (thirty) days of receiving that decision.
